Executive Summary

The HiEFFICIENT project is driven by six unique use-cases (UCs), which investigate wide bandgap (WBG) technologies with different integration levels and include the validation of these concepts in laboratory

and/or relevant demonstration environments (i.e., UCs will be developed up to TRL4/5 while two UCs will  reach TRL6 to demonstrate the significance of the developments.). All the UCs will demonstrate the  advancements made during the HiEFFICIENT project compared to the state-of-the-art. The purpose of this deliverable is to keep track of the target key performance indicators (KPIs) and status of the progress for the baseline specifications and requirements in D1.1 and D1.2. These project metrics help to manage the project KPIs and resources more effectively and demonstrate year-over-year improvement. 

This deliverable document is structured in the following way: the introduction of this document summarizes  the main objectives and links between the UCs and the project objectives. The next sections list the Project Metrics for each UC, which are followed by a conclusion. Please note: this document is an initial version and will be enhanced and enriched till the end of the project. It summarizes the status quo of all investigations made so far in the use cases.
