This webinar series provides valuable insights into the HiEFFICIENT project, with a spedific focus on the application of wide bandgap semicoductors in the automotive domain. In the second webinar we will explore highly innovative embedding concepts. The second talk will showcase the work done on chip embedding of GaN dies within HiEFFICIENT project and will provide practical insights into its implementation for a 48 V traction inverter application (3 Phase, 48 V). Know-how transfer of the learnings to a higher voltage inverter will also be discussed.
